We are looking to recruit a Service Controller for our busy Service Department in Devizes.
Reporting to the Service Control Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient support to external and internal customers over the phone, ensuring vehicle down-time is kept to a minimum and all stakeholders are kept informed of repair status.
The ideal candidate will need to be self-motivated, flexible, well organised with good interpersonal skills. An excellent phone manner and basic computer skills (Outlook, Word & Excel etc.) are essential and a working knowledge of H&S, LOLER & PUWER Regulations will be a distinct advantage.
Experience of working in the Lorry Loader crane/Heavy Plant industry, Fleet Management or similar environment is preferred, however applications are welcomed from any candidate with the right attitude and with a willingness to learn.
