The role holder will be responsible for providing electrical fault and Paltronic diagnostic support via a ‘remote desktop’ connection, as well as carrying out occasional on-site electrical rectification work. Additionally, they will be an active member of the Palfinger UK Training Academy, assisting in the development and delivery of electrical technical training modules.
This will be a diverse and rewarding role and the ideal candidate will need to be IT literate, self-motivated, well organised and possess good interpersonal skills. Ideally holding a recognised qualification in auto electrical engineering or similar industry, combined with a strong working knowledge of 12v/24v electrical and electronic operating systems.
Experience of working in the electrical repair or installation of lorry-mounted cranes or similar equipment is preferred, however, applications are welcomed from any candidate with a methodical problem-solving aptitude and a willingness to learn.
