Working Foreman

We are recruiting a Working Foreman to help manage the day to day running of the Construction & Estate Maintenance elements of the busy Marlborough workshop.

The successful applicant will be required to ensure the smooth and efficient running of Construction and Estate maintenance to maximise service performance.  They will assistance to the Service Manager by the efficient distribution of workload, completion of timesheets and job cards, and supporting the Agricultural element of the workshop. The role holder will also work closely with the Service Administrator, completing weekly invoices and submitting warranty claims.

As a working foreman, the post holder will also be expected to service, maintain and repair machinery, and will be part of the workshop out of hours rota.

The ideal applicant will have an engineering background, construction industry knowledge and preferably have experience of supervising a busy workshop.  Ideally, having an understanding of workshop KPI’s and how they can influence better performance.
